NWA Elephant team helping a wild elephant to cross a main highway

Our well trained Elephant depredation team mastered a very difficult situation!

When an Elephant bull came out of the forest, the team was alerted immediately.

Recognizing the elephant, we knew that he was going to cross the nearby main highway

at some time and some point later in the night, as we knew he always does this.

He would walk parallel to the road until late in the night when there is less traffic.

This would have increase the risk for him as late in the night, the cars are diving even faster.

A plan was laid out, to drive him across the highway in a place of our choice as fast as possible.
