Nature & Wildlife Association has developed NWA QUICK ID and SOFT HEC mitigation training.

NWA QUICK ID and SOFT HEC mitigation involves all stakeholders; forestry officials, local villagers and volunteers will be trained.

is taught, so all stake holders will be able to identify individual elephants, their character and their habits.

Having knowledge about individual elephants will enable stakeholders to apply pre-designed soft mitigation methods for each elephant.

Key is to find methods that are reducing stress caused by the mitigation in elephants.
